tLooking for online yoga classes? You’re in the right place. Lily Allen-Duenas, the founder of the Wild Yoga Tribe, now offers live-stream yoga classes online through Zoom. Hey! That’s me! 🙂

Imagine yourself cozied up in the comfort of your own home, unrolling a mat in your living room. Sunlight drizzles your floor, streaming in through the windows. All is quiet. You’re at home.

You pop open your laptop and take a seat on your mat and voilá! It’s yoga time!

Zoom yoga classes may feel different than yoga in an actual classroom— there’s no other yoga students physically around you, no teacher wandering through the room, no lobby area with trinkets and yoga goodies.

Space. Safety. These are all two critical words right now, as they have been throughout the last year and a half during the times of COVID19. Zoom yoga classes, live-streaming online yoga classes, offer us the gift of space and safety. If you are feeling called to do online Zoom yoga classes, there is a community for you here. Whether you want to join my weekly group flow yoga class, or if you’d prefer to have a private yoga class— right here in the virtual world!— then my doors are open to you.

If you are seeking to deepen your yoga practice, or to just get one started, private online yoga classes are the way to go. I can pay greater attention to your body, breath, and movements and can better guide you through your asana practice.

Live-Streaming Zoom Yoga Class Rates:

Even though a class is “private,” you are welcome to share your link with another friend to split the cost, or you’re welcome to have a family member join you on your screen too. I’m not particularly particular 🙂

Also, I find it profoundly helpful to know if you have an aim or aspiration for our online yoga class together on Zoom— would you like the class to help you relax or to amplify your energy? All of these details helps me to prepare the best class possible for you!

Payments are completed over Paypal, and are required at the time of reservation. My calendar scheduling software is Calendly. Please note that I absolutely do allow for rescheduling, as long as you cancel 24-hours in advance. I kindly request that you reschedule for another class within a 30-day window of time. Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds— just rescheduling. Thank you for your compassionate understanding!

FAQs – Just For You!

  • Should I show up early to our Zoom yoga class? Just 1-2 minutes early is perfect.
  • Should I bring props with me? Sure! If you have bolsters, blocks, pillows, a yoga strap, or a blanket feel free to keep them at the ready.
  • How will I get the Zoom link to join the yoga class? Links are delivered straight to your inbox through Calendly. You should receive a reminder email 24-hours in advance, and another reminder 1-hour in advance of our class starting. All you need to do is check your email, and then it’ll route you straight to Zoom.
  • Is it okay to book a class if I’ve never tried yoga before? If you’ve never tried yoga before, then good golly miss molly— It’s Christmas! I would love nothing more than to be the person who introduces you to yoga. My top recommendation is booking a private class with me to get started. I do offer wonderful beginners yoga packages, send me an email to find out more!
  • Should I use my laptop, phone, or tablet to stream the Zoom yoga class? A laptop works best as it’s easiest to adjust the camera angle, and the dimensions of the screen being larger definitely works to your advantage!
  • How should I set up my laptop for the live-stream yoga class? Place your laptop far enough away so I can see your entire-body and the side view of your full mat. If possible, please have the whole mat—horizontally placed!— should be in the camera frame. Don’t worry if it’s not perfect! I usually place my laptop on a small table or a chair to prop it up.
  • Can I have some technical help? I’m not very tech savvy. Absolutely! Send me an email to [email protected] and I’m happy to be of service.
  • What is different about your yoga teaching style? Wow! Thank you for asking. I’ve been fortunate enough to study yoga, learn more about yoga, and teach yoga all over the world. I bring an authentic view of yoga, rooted in the very marrow of this powerful and ancient tradition. What I bring to yoga asana practice is a more wholehearted and holistic perspective and knowledge of yoga in its entirety. Curious? Check out my blog. To an online yoga class, you can expect to feel my energy alongside you in the room. I promise to keep you actively engaged, present, and to help you relax, destress, and come back home to your body. As I’ve taught yoga to people of every age and ability, with a wide variety of health conditions and injuries, I am eager to guide you on your yoga journey. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of it.
