Let’s deep dive into the chakras so that you can roll up our sleeves and do the deeper work on your journey of healing,  awakening, and aligning with your life’s purpose. Tuning into the chakras is vital to your journey. This chakra immersion will provide you a wealth of information about the chakras, to understand your defenses, your needs, and ultimately how to restore balance.

MEDITATION WORKSHOP FOR BEGINNERS

 A workshop aimed at busting all the meditation myths out there to start from a place of knowledge, experience, and wisdom. With 5 Vipassanas and meditation retreats under my belt, and thousands of hours spent in meditation, it is my honor to share my understanding of meditation with students.

BACK PAIN BREAKTHROUGH WORKSHOP

A workshop where we move through different techniques to understand and move through back pain. This workshop includes extensive anatomical information, as well as discussions about the vast and varied reasons why back pain can manifest. We’ll cover not just physical techniques for relief, but energetic, psychological, and emotional as well.

UNWINDING ANXIETY + STRESS WORKSHOP

A deep dive into the science of stress and anxiety including physiological and psychological effects and elements paired with multiple short stress-relieving practices to release stress and relax.
